ITPP047 How to reset the printer ?

Problem：

1）printed the whole roll complete with characters

2）Setting get messed

1. Restore factory settings in the Windows setting：

Before using this method, you need to install a USB printer on your Windows computer：click to the details

1）In the Windows computer, click in turn on start icon ---- settings --- printers --- select the printer and then click on manage --- printing preference ----factory reset ----- OK.

2.Restore factory settings HEX command: 1f 1b 1f 11 11 00

How to use the command?

1.For Windows device：

1)Download printer test tool5.X to use: http://u.pc.cd/0AsrtalK

2)Connect the ITPP047 and the computer with a USB cable, load the paper and turn on the ITPP047 switch.

2. For Macbook:

1: Turn on the printer and load the printing paper, connect the printer and Mac computer with USB.
2. Open Thermalprintertool in the APP Store, connect according to the way on the picture and restore the machine to factory settings.

3. Manual factory reset

Make sure the printer is connected to the power and turn it off.
1) Press the “FEED” button and simultaneously turn on the power.
2 Keep pressing the feed button until the ERROR and PAPER lights flash at the same time, then release your hand immediately. This process takes about 15 seconds.
At this time the printer has been initialized, restoring factory settings and the IP address will be 192.168.1.100 again.
