ITPP047 What should I do if the printed receipt is blurry?

If the receipts printed by ITPP047 are blurry or have white lines, please clean the print head.

Clean the printhead:

1）Turn off the printer.

2）Please dip a cotton cloth or cotton swab in medical alcohol to clean the printer head , and wait for 1 to 2 minutes before using the printer again.

If the printout is still blurry after cleaning the print head, check the printer's self-test page:

1. Connect the printer to the power supply and turn off the power switch first;

2. Press and hold the paper ejection key (FEED) without letting go, and turn on the power switch at the same time;

3. Release the eject key after 2 seconds, and the self-test page will be printed out.

If the self-test page is also blurred, it is likely that the print head is aging. Please contact us for further processing.
