ITPP047 What should I do if the printed receipt is blurry?

If the receipts printed by ITPP047 are blurry or have white lines, please clean the print head.

It is suggested to clean the printer head once every month.

Steps to clean the printer head:

1）Turn off the printer.

2）Please use a Thermal printer cleaning pen or dip a cotton cloth or cotton swab in medical alcohol to clean the printer head. This is a video: Click here

3) Wait for 3 minutes before using the printer again.

If the printout is still blurry after cleaning the print head, check the printer's self-test page:

1. Connect the printer to the power supply and turn off the power switch first;

2. Press and hold the paper ejection key (FEED) without letting go, and turn on the power switch at the same time;

3. Release the eject key after 2 seconds, and the self-test page will be printed out.

If the self-test page is clear, the issue should be related to the software/file.

If the self-test page is also blurred, the print head is likely aging. Please contact us for further processing.
