First of all, please try to do the factory restore on the printer.
- Make sure the printer is connected to the power and turn it off.
- Press the “FEED” button and simultaneously turn on the power.
- Keep pressing the feed button until the ERROR and PAPER lights flash at the same time, then release your hand immediately. This process takes about 15 seconds.

At this time the printer has been initialized, restoring factory settings and the IP address will be 192.168.1.100 again. Please try to set up the printer again.
If the printer doesn't cut the paper after doing factory restore, please follow the below guidance:
For Windows: Please check if the cutter option is opened in the printer properties, as below.

For Mac: In the Printer features, choose Cut options, select Partial cut and print.

For Software: Check the cutter commands in the software--1D,56,42,00

If you are using the non-admin user account to send the printing task and the printer couldn't cut the paper after printing, please follow the guidance video to enable the 'manage the printer' and 'manage the document' for the non-admin user.
