E16 /E17 DEMOMINATION ERROR

E16:FACE

E16 appears on the screen, indicating that the banknote detector has turned on the FACE function, and the banknotes with the opponent face from the first banknote will report an error.

E17:ORT

E17 appears on the screen, indicating that the banknote detector has turned on the ORT function, and the banknotes with the opponent side from the first banknote will report an error.

You can turn off these two functions by clicking the corresponding position on the screen. When the position does not display red, it means that these two functions are turned off.
