How to fix the problem when most of money go into the rejection pocket(MT Error)?

1. Check Bills

There are several conditions to make the Unknown/IR/UV/MT/MG Error happened.

1) The bill size is out of the range according to IMC08 specification.

2) The banknote is damaged with different ways such as lack of corner, tape, hole, tear and folded. As shown in the Figure, it is not recommended to count this kind of bills.

3）The banknote entrance is so small that the banknote cannot pass through it smoothly. In this case, you need to fine tune the screw by rotating it clockwise according to the  video：https://munbyn.biz/IMC08adjustment

4）The banknotes are damp, the two banknotes are likely to stick together, causing the machine to jam.Please also make sure your hands are dry before checking the banknotes.

5）The feed gap of the machine is too large, causing several banknotes to enter the machine at the same time.In this case, you need to fine tune the screw by rotating it anti-clockwise to decrease the feeding gap according to the  video：https://munbyn.biz/IMC08adjustment

6）Other abnormal operation or there is unknown thing inside the IMC08.If something inside the IMC08, you need to open the back cover to check, and clean the internal sensors.

2.Install the Banknote Guiders

• Banknote guiders must be installed when counting bills.

3.MT Error

If the above adjustments are made, the MT Error still appears on the REJ interface, please follow the steps below to solve the problem:

1）Follow the video operation to check whether the MT curve is normal:

2) If the curve of your IMC08 is not similar to the curve in the video, please remove the IMC08 and re-plug the control wire of the internal MT sensor.
