If the printer skips labels, please check if you are using labels from another brand. Other brands' labels may not be compatible with our printer, causing it to skip. We recommend switching to Munbyn brand labels and trying to print again.
Additionally, if the printer skips paper, we need to make sure that the size of the print file, the size of the label paper, and the size settings in the printer are all consistent.
Note: Please make sure that the following three dimensions are consistent for correct printing:
- Your document size.
- The label paper size you are using.
- The size option you selected on the print preview page.
For example, your label paper is 2×2 inches, make sure your label file is 2×2 inches, and the printer paper setting is 2×2 inches.
Then follow the steps to calibrate the label:
- Load no less than 4 consecutive labels into the printer.
- Once the cover is closed, the machine will automatically attempt to feed the paper.
- If it fails to do so, please manually calibrate the paper: press and hold the Feed button until you hear a "beep".
- The printer will then perform label identification and calibration.
