Why does the printer out a blank label when I load paper?

This is because the label printer is set to output a sheet of paper first to ensure printing on a sheet of paper.

You can try to complete the following steps to see if the device can correctly recognize the label paper:

1. Open the cover and take out your label paper.

2. Adjust the holders on both ends of the label paper to position them optimally.

3. Close the device cover and turn on the device.

4. Insert the label paper directly from the back of the device; it will automatically calibrate the paper.
