Note: Please make sure that the following three dimensions are consistent for correct printing:
- Your document size.
- The label paper size you are using.
- The size option you selected on the print preview page.
For Mac:
If you print a 4×6 size page. In the print preview page, please be sure to select your "Paper Size" appropriately (for example 4×6).
The size of the loaded paper is smaller than that specified in the label file. For example, you might be trying to print a 100×190mm file on 100×150mm paper.
In this situation, you can adjust the scale and margins in the page setup of your browser.
For Windows:
Go to the "Printer preferences" ---> "Page" ---> "Paper Name", select the correct size for the printer (If you are using 4×6 paper, please select the 102*152mm).
For Chrome:
Set the scales and margin in the printing preview.
If the above is correct, the printer still prints blank labels or the label cannot be completely printed. Please operate by following steps to get the printer to re-identify label size.
✔ Pull out the USB cable and restart the printer.
✔ Press and hold the FEED button.
✔ Release your finger when you hear the three consecutive "Di" sounds (for 6 second).
✔ Then, you will see the green printer status light change from blinking to solid, which means the printer was reset. Then, we can set the printer to learn label size.
✔ Turn on the printer.
✔ Press and hold the FEED button.
✔ Release your finger when you hear one "Di" sound.
✔ Then, the printer will "know" the label size and will not print the blank labels or incomplete.
✔ Please re-connect the USB cable to RW403B and try your print.
