What should I do if UV ERROR appears after counting money?

If after counting, the banknotes enter the reject port and the error message "UV Error" is displayed, please follow the steps below.

Enter the menu and adjust the UV sensitivity level of IMC08 to level 3:

Press and hold the "menu" button to enter the menu, select "Service Menu", and enter the password (the default password is "9999")

Choose “Detection Level”：

Choose “UV”，the default UV level is 5. Please press the left button to adjust the UV level to 3 and click the "menu" button to save.
