- Please ensure the Wi-Fi selected in the Munbyn Print App is the same Wi-Fi your mobile phone system is connected to.
- After selecting the correct Wi-Fi, please make sure you have entered the correct Wi-Fi password in the APP.
- Once the Wi-Fi connection is completed, you can check if the Wi-Fi indicator light on the top of the device remains steadily lit.
- Please check your self-test page to see if the SSID displayed on the self-test page is the name of the Wi-Fi network you are using.
(How to print a self-test page: Press and hold the green button on the top of the machine and release it after hearing two consecutive "Di" sounds)
