ITPP068 Factory reset

When your printer's printing width, IP address, sound and light alarm, and other settings have been changed and need to be restored to the default settings, you can use the following method to set it to the factory state.

A. Use Windows PC and printer test tool 3.5

1. The printer is correctly loaded with paper, connected to the power supply, and connected to the Windows computer with a usb cable.
2. Download and open Printer Test Tool 3.5:http://u.pc.cd/CJp7

3. Click the Restore Factory button as shown below
Notice: The printer responds after pressing the button, indicating that the printer has been successfully reset.

B.You can make a factory reset by pressing the feed button:

1、Turn off the printer.

2、Press the FEED button and hold

3、Turn on the printer at the same time.

4、After the machine beeps for the third time or the ERROR and PAPER indicators both flash for the third time, you can release the feed button, and the machine will print out a self-test page, indicating that the machine has been reset successfully.
