ITPP941 Why can't the barcode or QR code on the printed label be scanned?

1. We recommend that you use PDF format for printing, because PDF files tend to have higher clarity. If you use image files such as PNG/JPG, the printing may not be clear, as shown below.

2. The reason the barcode can't be scanned is that the printer's density and speed settings are not suitable for the current shipping label, we need to adjust it in the printer settings
