ITPP941 How to adjust parameters when printing is not clear?

1.We recommend that you use PDF format for printing, because PDF files tend to have higher clarity. If you use image files such as PNG/JPG, the printing may not be clear, as shown below.

2.If the font is still not clear, please try to increase the density and reduce the speed. (Please refer How to adjust the density and speed in the settings?)

3.If it is still not clear for the label, you can wipe the print head with alcohol wipes or wet tissues.

4.We recommend that you use MUNBYN label paper. MUNBYN label paper has better printing effects and can avoid label paper being incompatible with equipment.

5.Please make sure you are using Munbyn's original power adapter and power cord, which can reduce the probability of unclear printing to a certain extent.
