If the print quality is poor or the printer feeds labels incorrectly, please update the printer firmware first, and then calibrate the label sensor.
Update the firmware
- Open the Munbyn Print app and connect the printer.
- Tap “Settings.”
- Check whether a firmware update pop-up appears.
- If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the firmware update.
Note: Please keep the printer powered on and connected to the app during the update. If no firmware update pop-up appears, proceed with the sensor calibration below.
Calibrate the label sensor
- Power off the printer completely, and make sure no paper is loaded inside the printer.
- Press and hold the FEED button. Keep holding the button while powering on the printer.
- Release the FEED button immediately once you hear a beep.
- The printer will run automatically after you release the button.
- When the printer stops running automatically, wait for 5 seconds.
- Restart the printer, load the label paper, and test printing again.
