There are four situations:
- Your printer is not loaded with label paper. The solution is that the light will turn green when the label paper is loaded into the printer.
- Your printer does not identify the size of the paper. There are two manifestations.
After the printer successfully prints a label, it outputs a few blank sheets of paper and cannot print continuously, and then the printer appears red.
The printer only prints a small part of the text and the paper is jammed, and then the printer shows a red light.
Solutions for the above two situations:
- Load no less than 4 consecutive labels into the printer.
- Once the cover is closed, the machine will automatically attempt to feed the paper.
- After the paper stop moving, press and hold the Feed button until you hear a "beep".
- During this time, the printer will detect the paper size, and the light on top will remain green until it stops. Once the process is complete, the printer will return to normal.
- The label does not feed properly. There may be some abnormal noise at the situation.
- It is also possible that you are using a non-original power adapter from Munbyn. Please refer to Why does the printer keep beeping? to check whether your power adapter is original.
