If you are using MUNBYN label paper
(You can tell by whether there is a Munbyn logo on the back of the label paper), please calibrate the device:
1. Turn on the printer
2. Press FEED button (red/green light) and hold on
3. Release your finger when you hear one "Di" sound.
4. Then, the printer will automatically run back and forth to calibrate the label size. When it stops the process is complete.
If you are using non-MUNBYN label paper:
The reason for paper skipping may be that the actual size of this label paper does not match the size advertised on the product page.
You can create a custom size option with a width of 102mm and a height of 148mm according to the content in How to create a new customized label size?.
(Because the material, production process, and size parameters of different brands of label paper are different, we cannot guarantee the printing effect and compatibility for non-Munbyn brand label paper, so we recommend that you use it with our label paper.)
Note:
Please make sure that the following three dimensions are consistent for correct printing:
- Your document size( If the source file is A4 size, it needs to be cut before printing.)
Use 8*11inches file for printing - The label paper size you are using
- The size option you selected on the print preview page
