Note: We cannot guarantee that our equipment is compatible with non-Munbyn brand label paper, so we recommend that you use Munbyn brand label paper for a better experience.
Please make sure you download the correct driver software and use the original MUNBYN power adapter.
You can first try to use different software to open your label. We recommend that you use the PDF reader Adobe to open it.
If changing the software still does not solve the problem, follow the steps below to reduce the height of the square label by 1-3mm.
- For Windows
Please reduce the height of the label paper by 1-2mm. The operation method is as follows:
"Settings" → “Devices” → “Printers & scanners”→ “ITPP941 Printer” → “Manage” → “Printing Preferences” → “Page Setup”
Select the label paper you are using and click "Edit" to enter the editing interface:
As shown in the picture above, please change the height to 30mm or 29mm, and then click OK to save. - For Mac
Please select the file to enter the print preview page and find "Paper Size", as shown below:In the "Paper Size" option, select "Manage Custom Sizes":
Please click the "+" option to create a label option whose height is 1-2mm smaller than the height of the label you are currently using. The width does not need to be changed (here, a 2*2inches label is used as an example)
As shown in the picture above, please change the height to 48mm or 49mm, and then click OK to save.
After the adjustment and creation are completed, please select the newly adjusted or newly created label paper for subsequent printing.
Note: Please make sure that the following three dimensions are consistent for correct printing:
1. Your document size
2. The label paper size you are using
3. The size option you selected on the print preview page
