Procedure of reset:
- Press and hold the FEED button.
- Release your finger when you hear the three consecutive "Di" sounds.
- Then, you will see the green printer status light change from blinking to solid, which means the printer was reset.
Then, we can set the printer to calibrate the label size.
- Turn on the printer;
- Press and hold the FEED button.
- Release your finger when you hear one "Di" sound.
- Then, the printer will automatically run back and forth to calibrate the label size.
When it stops the process is complete.
