Why is the printer printing blank labels?

The most common issue is that the labels are loaded upside down. Make sure to load your labels correctly, with the printable side facing up and the MUNBYN logo facing down.
Make sure your labels are 'Direct Thermal' labels. The paper included in the package meets this requirement. You can also scratch the surface of the label with your fingernail; usually, it will turn black to indicate that it is a 'Direct Thermal' label.
Make sure you are using the original MUNBYN power adapter and power cord.
If the above is correct, but the printer still prints blank labels or the labels are not fully printed.
