E11 Denomination Error

This means you have entered SDC mode, which will reject all banknotes with a different denomination than the first banknote put in, and display the Denomination Error.

If you just need to count the total amount of banknotes, you only need to click the MODE button to switch back to MDC mode and you can count the banknotes normally.
