If the printed content appears overlapping, there are two possible reasons:
1. Bluetooth transmission packet loss. Due to a lag in the data transmission process, the printed image may have overlapped.
Solution: Resend the print job.
2. Print density is too high. If the printed image is too dense, the paper may get stuck in the machine.
Solution: Lower the print density
