ITP04 Can it support double-sided printing?

1. If you use the Munbyn official thermal folding paper compatible with the ITP04, you can only print on one side because our paper is thermal-coated on only one side.

2. If you use double-sided thermal paper from other brands, meaning both sides are thermal- coated, then it will support double-sided printing. However, when using non-Munbyn thermal paper, you will need to manually load the paper.

(1) Open the printer cover and take out the roll paper inside.

(2) Insert the double-sided thermal paper

If you are using single-sided thermal paper, insert the paper with the thermal side facing up.

Tip: If there is black line when scraping the paper, it is the thermal side

(3) Close the printer cover

(4) After one side is printed, turn the paper over, manually put the paper back in and print the other side.
