ITP04 What should I do if the red light remains on but no printing occurs?

If the indicator light on the ITP04 remains red and it cannot connect or print, please follow these steps to solve the problem:

1. Please check if the printer is out of paper. If so, please load paper. Refer to How to load paper？

2. Please check if the printer cover is tightly closed, and ensure it is securely shut.

3. If the printer still displays a red light after performing the above two steps, please use a pin to press the reset button and reset the printer.

4. If the printer still shows a red light after you reset it, please keep the printer turned on, drain its power completely, and then recharge it.

5. If the problem persists, please provide the printer's self-test page and contact us for further assistance.
