ITP04 is a thermal printer and must be printed on thermal paper. Using normal paper will print blank.
ITP04 How to buy printer paper
1. If you are using A4 paper, please ensure that you are using Munbyn official A4 thermal folded paper. Using other brands of A4 paper may result in printing issues.
Please check if the paper is loaded correctly. The side with the black markings should be facing down.

2. If you are using roll paper, please ensure that the thermal side is not placed incorrectly; the thermal side should be facing up.
