ITP01/A40 What should I do if there are folded parts in the printed content?

If the printed content appears folded, there are two possible reasons:

1. Bluetooth transmission packet loss. Due to a lag in the data transmission process, the printed image overlapped.

Solution: Send the print job again.

2. Print density is too high. Due to the print image being too dense, the paper got stuck in the machine.

Solution: Lower the print density.
