Make sure your printer is connected to your computer via USB cable and turned on.
- Be sure to update your printer drivers.
- Check your printer's manual to confirm how to set it up if you haven't already done so.
- Please be sure to use Munbyn brand A4 thermal paper when printing documents. Our paper is compatible with the ITP01/A40 portable thermal printer. Using paper from other brands may result in inaccurate recognition or inability to print.

Mac
1. Open the document or web page you want to print on your Mac.
2. On your keyboard, hit the "Command + P" keys on your keyboard at the same time. This is the keyboard shortcut to open the print menu.This keyboard shortcut will work in any application that lets you print.

You can also click "File" in the Apple Menu Bar.
You will see this in the top-left corner of your screen next to the Apple icon. -
Next, click "Print" at the button of the drop-down menu.

The print menu may look different depending on the application used to open your file.
3. Select your printer from the pop-up window. Click the "Printer" drop-down box, then click your printer's name in the drop-down menu.
4. Click "Show Details" to expand the "Pages" settings. You can edit other print settings.
- Copies: Select the desired number of copies. Choose the number in the "Copies" field.
- Pages: Select the pages you want to print. If you leave "All" selected, your entire document will print.
- Paper size: Use this option to scale your printer's margins up or down for different paper sizes.
- Orientation: Determine whether your document should be printed vertically or horizontally.
- Number of sides: Choose single-sided printing to print one sheet of paper per page, or choose double-sided printing to use both sides of a piece of paper.
5. Click "Preview" and choose "Printer Features".
6. According using paper, choose "A4RollPaper" / "A4FlodPaper" / "Gap(Lable Paper)"
7. In "Presets", Choose "Save Current Settings as Preset...".
8. Click "OK".
9. Click "Print". It's in the bottom-right corner of the window. Your document will begin printing.
Windows
1. Open the document or web page you want to print on your Winsows.
2. On your keyboard, hit the "Ctrl + P" keys on your keyboard at the same time. This is the keyboard shortcut to open the print menu.This keyboard shortcut will work in any application that lets you print.
- You can also manually open the print menu by clicking the printer icon.
- In some apps, you'll need to click File and then Print.
- The print menu may look different depending on the application used to open your file.
3. Select your printer from the pop-up window. Click the "Printer" drop-down box, then click your printer's name in the drop-down menu.
Other print settings (Recommended to use the default settings)
1. Open the [Devices and Printers] window, select the corresponding printer model, right-click and select Open [Printer Preferences].
2. Select [Roll], and select the corresponding paper type according to the paper loaded in the printer, as shown in the figure below:
Tips:
1)Continuous paper for roll paper;
2)Black mark paper corresponds to black mark folding paper or black mark roll paper
3. Select the corresponding printing density according to the required printing effect, as shown in the following figure:
4. Click [Grapha], adjust the corresponding brightness and contrast as needed; if the printed content needs to be removed from the background, select the threshold value to adjust and print; select different dithering effects, the printed pictures will have different effects, please make your own according to your needs choose.
