Why there is no sound from the built-in or external speakers？

Ensure that nothing is connected to the audio in/out port. Connecting headphones or external speakers disables the built-in speaker by default.

The volume might be set too low or muted: In the Notification area on the taskbar, touch the Speaker icon, and adjust the volume. Or Turn up the volume with the long oval button on the right side of the tablet.

Note:If the sound still does not come out, this means that the integrated audio component may have been overwritten. If you have installed a third-party audio device (e.g. USB or Bluetooth device), the integrated audio may stop working. If this happens, please reinstall the audio drivers. If you still have audio problems after installing these files, please contact after-sales technical support.
