Why the tablet doesn’t respond to the pen I am using？

A: Only use the capacitive stylus that comes with the IRT04/05 tablet. Please see the accessories website on the website. Tablets may not respond to other digital pen. Only compatible with capacitive pens.

If you have a long capacitive stylus with batteries, please check the batteries.
