Why can't the tablet read the files on the memory card when I insert the TF card?

A: TF card not properly inserted and recognized

• Inserting a TF Card

1. Turn off thetablet.
2. Open the port cover of the left side of the tablet and locate the SD card slot.
3. Push the SD card with the contacts facing down into the slot until it clicks into place.
4. Resume using the tablet.

Note: If the SD card is still not recognized after it has been inserted correctly, please restart the tablet. Please contact our after-sales technical engineers if you still have problems.
