IMC22 How to fix the issue of showing zero after counting the money

If the IMC22 does not display any counting results after counting money, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

Step 1: Open the top cover of the counter and check if the inner flap is closed. If the inner flap is open, it may cause the display to show no counting results. Please close the inner flap properly.

Step 2: If you have confirmed that the inner flap of the IMC22 is closed and the counting results still do not display after counting money, please perform a CIS calibration.
