IMC22 Currency Upgrade

If you need to add one/several currencies other than the default currencies in IMC22, please contact us first and let us know which currency you need to add. We will then provide you with a link to download the customized upgrade firmware. 

After receiving the link, please follow the steps below to upgrade the money counter:

1. Please use a computer (suggest a Windows computer) to download the firmware from the link.
2. Put the upgrade firmware into a flash drive without any other files. Please put the firmware file in the root directory of the flash drive.
3. Turn off the Money counter.
4. Insert the flash drive into the USB interface on the Money counter.

5. Turn on the Money counter, and the machine will be automatically upgraded. (If the counter doesn't show the process below on the screen, it means that the flash drive is not recognized by the counter. Please try to use another flash drive to upgrade the firmware.)

   

6. After finishing the upgrading process, unplug the flash drive.
7. Turn off the Money counter.
8. Turn on the Money counter to enter the main interface. Press the 'CUR' button and you will find the currencies you need.

Note: If you want to check whether the flash drive can be recognized by the counter, please insert the flash drive into the money counter and wait for a few seconds. There will be a drive icon in the top right corner if the flash drive can be recognized, as the picture below shows.
