Please first check if you have switched to SDC mode. In SDC mode, the banknote counter will reject banknotes with a denomination different from the first banknote.
If you only want to count the total amount of banknotes, you can click the MODE button to switch back to MDC mode.
If you are already in MDC mode, you can continue troubleshooting by following the steps below.
- Remove the banknote.
- Perform the sensor calibration. Click here to watch the video.
- Collect the data of the banknote. Click here to find the guidance.
