Problem phenomenon
When you use the ITPP129B device, you find that the device indicator light keeps flashing red, and the paper cannot be fed normally, which affects the normal use of the device.
Solution
Check the SN code
Please check the SN code below the barcode at the bottom of the device.
- If the SN code starts with Q371E4, you can follow the steps below to solve the problem

Upgrade firmware
- Download the app: Search for MUNBYN Print App in the mobile app store, download and install the application.
- Connect the device: Open the MUNBYN Print App, follow the prompts in the app, and connect your phone to the ITPP129B device.
- Upgrade operation: Refer to the instructions in the following pictures, find the device firmware upgrade option in the App, and click to perform the firmware upgrade operation. During the upgrade process, please keep the connection between the device and the phone stable, do not turn off the device or exit the App to avoid upgrade failure.
Notes
- After the firmware upgrade is completed, the device may restart automatically. After the restart is completed, please check the indicator status and whether the device paper feeding function has returned to normal.
- If the red light flashes and the paper feeding problem is still not solved after following the above steps, please confirm again whether the SN code is correct, or contact our customer service directly, and we will arrange professional technicians to further investigate and handle it for you.
