If you are experiencing connection issues with the MUNBYN Print App, please try downloading and using the Labelife App.

If the Labelife App also fails to connect, please print a self-test page on the ITPP129B device and check the information as shown in the image below.
(How to print a self-test page: Press and hold the top button of the device, then release when you see the blue indicator light flash once.)

If the [BTName] information on the self-test page displays "BT Module Is Error", it indicates that the device did not recognize the Bluetooth module upon startup. In this case, you can resolve the issue by resetting the device to its factory settings.
