How to connect the device on the Phone?

Scan the QR code to get the video tutorial:

1. Search "Munbyn Print" on App Store or Google Play to get the App or scan the QR code below to download.
   
   

   Tips: If your mobile phone needs a PIN password, please enter "0000".

2. Open the MUNBYN APP, find and tap "4 inch".
   
   

   Note: 

   1. The app may requires local file access and Bluetooth function to run properly. Please follow the guide to grant the necessary permissions to the app.
   2. It is Google's rule. Our App needs to abide by this rule on the Google platform. But please rest assured that we will firmly protect user privacy.
      
      
      
3. Select the "RW403B" device.
   
   
   
4. The App will display a pop-up confirming the successful Bluetooth connection, as shown in the figure below.
      
   

   Note: At this time, the Bluetooth status light on the printer will turn blue.
   
   

5. After the connection is completed, please enter the home page to start your use. You can use the editor to create your own pattern or import the file you want to print (PDF file is recommended) into the App for printing.

Note:  If the "RW403B" device is not detected, please ensure the printer is powered on and Bluetooth is enabled. Alternatively, try manually searching for the device in the app. If the issue persists, please contact the MUNBYN team to promptly receive trouble shooting tips or a replacement.
