The printer requires the installation of a printer driver on your computer before it can be used normally.

- Connect the Type-C cable to both the device and the computer, and keep the printer turned on. Please follow the sequence of the above picture to operate.
- Once connected, access the removable drive that appears on your computer.

Note: If your USB port isn't recognize the printer, please follow these steps:
- Unplug the USB cable from both the computer and the printer, then reinsert it, ensuring the cable is securely connected.
- Restart the printer by shutting it down and then turning it back on.
