Why did the computer fail to connect to the ITP04 printer?

Step 1: Please make sure that the USB cable is properly connected between the ITP04 printer and the computer and your printer is turned on.

Step 3: Please try to change a USB port on the computer.

Step 4: Please try to change the USB cable.

Step 5: Please try to connect the printer with your phone according to this guidance: click the link , then try to connect the computer and install the driver again.
