ITP04 Can't connect to the printer on Mac?

ITP04 connects to a Mac via USB and requires the Mac adapter included in our packaging, as shown in the image below：

If the printer is already connected to the Mac via a USB cable but the Mac cannot find the printer during driver installation, or if the printer driver shows as offline after installation, please check if the connection method is correct:

One end with the Type-C port needs to be connected to the printer, and the end with the Mac adapter needs to be connected to the Mac.

If the end with the Mac adapter is connected to the printer, it will result in an unstable connection.
