When attempting to pair your printer with the Munbyn Editor, if you receive the message "No compatible devices found" as shown in the figure below:
Option 1 :
If your device is USB-only, it will not appear as a Bluetooth-compatible device. This is normal, so do not worry. Simply click "Cancel" to proceed to the print preview window.
Option 2:
If you experience a failed Bluetooth pairing as depicted in the figure below, you can proceed with the pairing by clicking on "Bluetooth connection" on the print preview page.
Note: Our Bluetooth printing functionality currently only supports the RW402B and ITPP130B models.
Note: If you have multiple devices of the same model, please print a self-test page to check the last four digits of the MAC address of each device to connect to the specific one you want.
If you're still unable to find a compatible device to pair with, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Please ensure your printer model is either ITPP130B or RW402B. Our Munbyn Editor currently supports Bluetooth printing only for these two models.
- Ensure that your computer's Bluetooth feature is enabled and that it can detect other Bluetooth devices.
- Restart both the printer and the computer, then try pairing again.
- If you've followed the steps above and are still experiencing issues, please contact our technical support team for further assistance.
