How to use devices on Mac? (USB connection method)

1. Download the driver from here: munbyn.biz/402bmacd 
   
   
2. Please double-click the DMG driver file and follow the driver installation steps.
   
   
3. Follow the installation steps until you receive the "Installation was successful" message shown below.
   
   

   After the installation is complete, if you cannot find the printer on your Mac, please try to unplug and plug the Type-C Cable on the printer side and the mac computer side, then restarts the printer.

   Now, you may wish to print a sample 4 x 6 Shipping Label.

   In the print dialogue, please be sure to select your "Paper Size" appropriately (for example 4 x 6). and then save the settings in the Presets option.

Note: Please make sure that the following three dimensions are consistent for correct printing:
1. Your document size.
2. The label paper size you are using.
3. The size option you selected on the print preview page.
