If the printer prints out the following receipt when you configure the printer's WiFi, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check if the WiFi is a 2.4G network, since the printer does not support connection to 5G WiFi.
2. Check if the WiFi password length falls within the range of 8 to 64 characters.
3. If you have confirmed that it is a 2.4G WiFi and the WiFi password length is also within the range of 8 to 64 characters, please modify the WiFi password by adding one more character. Then try reconfiguring the connection again.
