Why can't the ITP04 printer connect to my phone via Bluetooth?

Be sure to connect the Bluetooth in the App interface and not in the phone settings.

1. If you can search for printer but cannot connect, please check whether the ITP04 device is connected in the system-settings, disconnect and delete the connection in the settings, and return to the App to connect.

2. If the printer cannot be searched:

For Android phones, please check whether the location (or positioning) permission is turned on in the phone settings, and allow it to be turned on.

Follow these steps:

(1) Long press the APP icon, then select the exclamation mark in the upper right corner.

or

(2) Grant permission for Camera, Location，Music and Audio, Nearby Devices, Photos and Videos.

For Apple mobile phone, please check whether the Bluetooth permission of the App is allowed to be opened in the mobile phone settings, and allow it to be opened. If not allowed, the Bluetooth device cannot be searched and used.

(1) If the printer is found but cannot be connected, please restart the printer and the Bluetooth of the mobile phone, and try to connect again in the App.

(2) If the above steps do not work, please switch to another phone and refer to How to connect a mobile phone to the printer to reconnect the printer in the App.If it still fails, please contact us for further resolution.
