How to Connect ITP04 with SharpFox APP on a Mobile Phone or Tablet?

1. Search "SharpFox" on App Store or Google Play to get the App, or scan the QR code below to download the APP.

1. You need to turn on the Bluetooth on your mobile phone when connecting 'SharpFox' App to the printer.

Tips:  Do not directly pair with the ITP04 in your mobile phone's Bluetooth settings. Otherwise, it will show that it cannot be connected.

If you’ve already paired the ITP04 directly through your phone’s Bluetooth settings, please refer to the image below to unpair and delete it.

The correct method is to open 'SharpFox' APP and add ITP04 printer. You can add a printer using either of the following two methods:

(1) Open “SharpFox” APP，allow all permissions that pop up in the APP.( Grant permission for Camera, Location，Music and Audio, Nearby Devices, Photos and Videos.)

If you accidentally disable permissions in this step, refer to Section 2.3 to re-allow app permissions.

(2) Adding a Printer via Bluetooth Searching:

Click on the top left corner to select “Connect device” -> Select ITP04 -> Select“Connect”.

(3) Adding a Printer via Scanning Code:

a. Press and hold the power button to turn on the printer. After the printer starts, press the power button twice in succession to print the QR code.

b. Scan the code with the App to connect to the printer.
