ITPP905 How do I connect a printer to my phone or tablet?

Steps to connect the ITPP905 receipt printer to a mobile phone or tablet:

1. First, you need to download an app on your mobile phone or tablet.

You can search for the POS app you need in the app store on your mobile phone or tablet and download it. If you are unsure which app to use, feel free to contact us.

2. Typically, in the app's settings, you can find options like "Printer" or "Hardware." Then, add the printer.

  (1) If you want to use a USB connection for the app on your mobile phone or tablet, please prepare a USB adapter. Connect one end to the printer and the other end to your mobile phone or tablet.

  (2) If you want to use WiFi to connect the app on your mobile phone or tablet, please configure the printer’s WiFi first. Refer to How to Install a Tablet Wi-Fi Printer by web page setting?

  (3) Add the printer in the POS app.

However, due to compatibility issues, some apps may not be able to connect to the printer. If you encounter an app that cannot connect, please contact us for testing.
