ITPP130 Why is the red light blinking on the printer?

You can try the following steps to see if the device can properly identify the label paper:

1. Open the cover and remove your label paper.
2. Adjust the fixtures on both ends of the label paper so they are in the optimal position.
3. Close the device cover and power it on.
4. Insert the label paper directly from the back of the device, and the device will automatically calibrate the paper.

Reset steps

1. Press the FEED (red/green light) button and hold it;
2. Release your finger when you hear five consecutive "beeps".
3. Then, you will hear another long "beep", which means that the printer has been reset.

Calibrate label paper

1. Turn on the printer;
2. Press the FEED button (red/green light) and hold it;
3. Release your finger when you hear a "beep".
4. The printer will then automatically run back and forth to calibrate the label size, and will be completed when it stops.
