IMC09 does not display the counting result after counting money?

If the IMC09 does not display any counting results after counting money, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

1) Open the top cover of the IMC09 and check if the inner flap is closed. If the inner flap is open, it may cause the display to show no counting results. Please close the inner flap properly.

2）If you have confirmed that the inner flap of the IMC09 is closed and the counting results still do not display after ounting money, please perform a CIS calibration.
