Why is the printer not feeding paper?

Please check whether the label paper is installed as shown in the figure below. If the light is blue, label stock is installed and the printer is connected. If the light shows red, it means that the label paper is not installed in place.

Please reinstall it. If the label paper has been installed according to the above picture, but the printer only makes the sound of motor rotation but does not feed the paper, please open the printer to check whether there is any foreign matter stuck inside the printer.
