There are two reasons for this problem
1) The barcode is not open, please scan with the Internal Camera
- Open the Barcode Scanner app
- Barcode scanning with the camera > Show barcode type
- Go to the Scan app
- Touch Barcode
- Select the corresponding barcode type
- Click on Enable > Touch Open > Confirm
Tips: Once configured, the test can be scanned in the Content dialog.

2) Change scan output method to keyboard output
1. Go to Scan App
2.Touch Settings > Output Mode > Keyboard Mode
