Q1: How to restore factory settings?
A1: Restore using system settings
- Go to Settings
- Touch Backup&reset > Factory data reset > RESET PHONE
- Wait 3-5 minutes and the PDA will restore the factory settings
Note:Factory Reset erases all data in the /data and /enterprise partitions in internal storage and clears all device settings

Q2: Why does the charging screen go white?
A2: Please unplug the charger, press and hold the power button and volume button + to force the phone to switch off, leave it for 10 seconds and then switch it back on.
The problem is caused by too much charging current.
Please ensure that you use the original charger for charging.
Q3: Why can't I power my PDA after I plug in the charger?
A3: This can occur for three reasons
1)There is something wrong with the charging power cord.
Tips: We recommend that you use a combination of the original charging cable and charging head.
2)Battery is faulty: Verify that other batteries charge properly. If not, replace the faulty battery.
3)Extreme battery temperature:Battery does not charge if ambient temperature is below 5°C (41°F) or above 40°C (104°F).
Q4: When pressing the power buttons the device does not turn on but two LEDs blink. .
A4: There are two reasons for this problem
1)Battery is faulty.Verify that other batteries charge properly and reboot the PDA. If not, replace the faulty battery.
2)Problems with the screen.

Q5: The PDA will power on when plugged in the USB cable but power off after unplugging it. Why?
A5: Please replace the battery with a new one
This occurs because the battery capacity is insufficient or the battery contacts are damaged, resulting in a drawback.
Q6: Why is it that when I turn on my PDA, the screen is lit but I can't see the screen on the display?
A6: Please press and hold the Power button and Volume button + for 10 seconds to force the unit to switch off, leave it for 3 seconds and then switch it back on.
If there is still no display after switching on, please contact our technical engineering team.
Q7: Why does my PDA always turn off automatically when I use it?
A7: Please remove the back battery cover, clean the IPDA030 connection battery contacts and battery contacts and check the battery for breakage.
Still having problems, please buy a new IPDA030 battery from the website.
