Q1: Why the PDA can’t open the camera, display failure?

A1: There are two reasons for this problem：

1)Please reboot your phone to release the camera process

The reason for this problem is that the camera process is blocking in the background and the PDA cannot open the camera app again

2)If you still have a fault after switching off the camera, the camera connection cable is faulty, please contact our technical team.

Q2: Why is there no sound during the recording?

A2: The reason for this is that the PDA is set to mute or the microphone is damaged

Please press and hold the volume keys + to adjust to maximum or open the sound in the settings and adjust Media volume to maximum
